Andrew joined BHT Partners (Audit) in September 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at La Trobe University. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (Public Practice Certificate holder), a Registered Company Auditor and a Registered Self‑Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Auditor.
Since being appointed Director in 2016, Andrew has played a key role in delivering audit and assurance services across a broad range of engagements, including large proprietary companies, not‑for‑profit organisations, associations, trust accounts and SMSFs.
Andrew brings a strong technical foundation combined with practical, technically focused insight. His experience across accounting, taxation, audit and compliance enables him to navigate complex regulatory environments and provide clear, tailored advice that helps clients meet their obligations with confidence.
He is committed to delivering high‑quality, independent assurance and building long‑term client relationships through responsiveness, reliability and a collaborative approach.
Ben became a Director in 2021 following more than a decade of leading complex audit engagements. His experience spans a diverse portfolio, with a particular focus on large proprietary audits, where he brings deep expertise in managing scale, complexity, and stakeholder expectations.
Ben has a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit outcomes across sophisticated environments, combining technical strength with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. He works closely with clients to identify efficiencies, streamline financial processes, and strengthen control frameworks, ensuring both compliance and operational improvement.
In addition to his work with large proprietary entities, Ben has also supported not-for-profit organisations, giving him a well-rounded perspective across different sectors.
